Michael Rojas graduated from Northern Illinois University in Fall 2023, where he trained under well-known professors Judith Chitwood, Paula Frasz, and Richard Grund. He has also been a part of many main stage productions. While studying at NIU, Michael was a part of “ENUF” an award-winning performance choreographed by Paula Frasz and selected as the Best in the Midwest. Subsequently, he and the dancers of  “ENUF” were invited to perform at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C. Michael’s mission as a performer and choreographer is to challenge young dancers and share his emotions through the movement of dance by choreographing and performing pieces to the world. He is motivated to share stories through movement to empower, educate, and emotionally express stories of world issues. This is Michael’s first season with Ardent, and he is excited to further his journey and explore his art.
